Employer Branding ranking recognises NIRSA as best employer in the aquatic and fishing industry

During the Employer Branding 2022 event, organised by Ferias 360, NIRSA was placed in the top position as Best Employer in the aquatic and fishing industry, demonstrating that society recognises NIRSA as an ideal place to work, for its employer brand image and for its treatment of its employees, both of which make the company a very desirable place to work.
This ranking recognises the best employers in Ecuador, based on the results of market research carried out among more than 40,000 people surveyed in 22 provinces in Ecuador.
NIRSA is a company which promotes the wellbeing and the constant development of its staff through various actions such as scholarships and training for personal and professional growth, as well as offering safe working conditions. Furthermore, one of the fundamental pillars of the company is to encourage gender equality, with the aim of creating equal opportunities for all its employees. Through regular awareness campaigns, the company aims to break stereotypes surrounding jobs traditionally carried out by men, as well as eradicating violence and harassment against women.
NIRSA’s employees are the most important interest group for the company, and in 2022 it was awarded the Great Place to Work certification, which is based on a study which evaluates organisational culture and measures the commitment of employees through an internal survey.
