Guayaquil, July 2022.- Nobis Holding de Inversiones commemorates 25 years of experience, promoting the country’s productive development through high-impact investments, and the generation of new businesses with its vision of social, economic and environmental benefits. Under the premise of positioning Ecuador as a suitable destination for attracting national and international capital, it has maintained its own know-how in the effective management of various industries such as: agro-industrial, agro-export, real estate, shopping centers, tourism, hotel, energy, food, infrastructure and more, which has allowed it to become one of the main economic groups in the country. This directly affects the employability of more than 5,000 people.
Among the latest Nobis milestones, is the creation of the first agro-export trust to export non-traditional products such as orito, blueberry, pitahaya and ginger; the sales launch of the first skyscraper in the country with Pronobis; make Mall del Sol the first carbon neutral shopping center in Ecuador; harvesting sugarcane without the use of pesticides in Azucarera Valdez (successful case on an international scale); among many other advances.
This legacy has been possible thanks to the creative, innovative and leadership vision of Isabel Noboa, executive president of Nobis, together with the capacity and experience of her work team. “These 25 years we have focused on making visible the potential we have as a country to generate businesses and investments, that allow us to boost the economy and the development of our people.
