Teojama Comercial graduates its 3rd class of “Hino Certified Drivers”

The Ecuadorian company Teojama Comercial, the main distributor of the Hino truck brand in the Ecuadorian market, graduated the third class of its Hino Certified Driver Program, an educational initiative focused on the professionalisation of heavy transport drivers, reiterating the commitment to road safety in the country and in the transportation sector.

The programme was attended by 30 people who were required to pass six modules on the topics of safe and efficient driving and  the proper handling of parts and components of Hino vehicles.

“Some of the drivers trained in the previous promotions of the Hino Certified Driver programme are part of our customers, and we have received positive feedback regarding how the training has improved their driving, which translates into a longer vehicle life and a decrease in operating costs. Similarly, to create awareness of driving and road safety, a commitment to comply with driving safety regulations is sent so that it can be signed and shared with their family“, said Bladimir Vasquez, Service Manager of Teojama Comercial.

The participants of the programme only had to present their professional licence in order to participate, at no cost. After passing the final evaluation with a minimum 70% score, they were able to obtain their certificate. Through the programme, Teojama Comercial affirms its commitment to contribute to safe mobility and the development of heavy transport in the country.
